A sample class similar to what you will find in my MOVE online platform. LEG day is a great way to build strong legs. Targeting all the major muscle groups of the lower body including the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and of course the glutes, this class will leave you get the heart rate up. 35 minutes

A sample class - Full Body Fit is a strength training based workout to build and tone all major muscle groups of the body. Dumbbells/weights + resistance band encouraged but not required! 45 mins
