 Join me for a 30 Day Wellness Challenge this May to move your body through exercise and yoga, nourish your body through clean nutrition supplements and enhance your mindset through journaling and meditation.

Follow a calendar of what’s recommended to do each day, or swap out a day for your own movement of choice. The goal is simple to show up for yourself and move into the best version of you.

Each day, we will practice a morning routine, sip on our green drink and learn to move in a way that feels good.

Saturday May 27th — 10:00 am HIIT + Hike at Sutherland Park/ Knox
Sunday May 28th — 4:00 pm Restorative Yoga + Massage at Bliss Yoga Lounge

To sign up for the challenge, purchase one of the nutrition bundles below! We’ll use these plant powered supplements to help fuel our bodies for the month of may! The rest of the offerings are included in this pricing.
